cPanel made another big change recently that makes reseller accounts use their own packages. Luckily it's very easy to add packages.
In your WHM (Web Host manager) click "Add a package" You can scroll down to the option or search for it in your WHM top left search bar. There, you can create your own custom packages and use them at your will. We as always allow overselling with your package creating, so things like 1000 emails is fine if you don't want to have realistic limits.
