How do I cancel?

Hello,

It's easy to cancel and you can do it anytime.

Just put in a support ticket and include the domain name so there is no confusion.

We will cancel most plans within 24 hours and dedicated servers within 3 days. If billing goes through just let us know and we will refund it. We never charge for unused time with your account.
