Sorry, but troubleshooting sripts and apps needs to be done by the scipt maker or a specialist for that script. Each script and app has it's own system that can have hundres of things cause errors. Script makers and specialists can help with these issues because the experiance they have specializing in the code for that actual software.

We have noticed on Fiverr.com, they have people that specialize in software troubleshooting for very cheap.
