Domain Transfers

Moving your domains to Web Host Pro is easy. Unlock the domain, choose domain transfer, and add the transfer (EPP) code from where the domain is registered now.

Domain Renewals

We never raise prices up on our domains more than what we pay. All domains renew at the same price for everyone and sold at the same cost we pay with a small card processing fee.

Does the price increase after a year?

No, unlike many registration services, Web Host Pro doesn't have tricky price changes to get customers into a higher price later on. The only change might be if ICANN raises there fee, which has only happened twice in the last 15 years and was only for a $1 each time. In which case, we would only add their exact change.

Does domain registration include user support?

Yes, the system is made to be run fully by the customer, but if you get stuck in anyway, we're here to help 24 hours a day.

Does domain registration have a money back guarantee?

Sorry domain registration cannot be refunded because the payment is made to ICANN which does not allow this. Our cost is just the processing fees over what we pay ICANN for the domain registration.

Does domain registration have a free trial for new users?

Domain names have to be registered to be used. This requires a non-refundable payment to ICANN which does NOT allow us to do a trial.

Will my services be setup immediately?

Yes, all new domain registration is activated instantly once payment is confirmed. Existing customers bypass the payment checking process.
