ICANN has been sending more than normal verifications to domain registration emails this week. This means you need to check the email on file with your domain and click the verification link in the email.
You can check your domain here to see what email is on file: https://centralops.net/co/DomainDossier.aspx?
You would click the WHOIS option and search the results for the registrant email.
